Fail gif tutorial

I like to use videos that are 720p, 1080i or .vob file format to make 540x300 gifs



The video of this gif is 720p .mkv and this gif is without topaz clean 3 and sharpen


First I add the frames to photoshop and resize this to 576x324
then I add topaz action and this how it looks

this is the setting I use for topaz c3 action

then crop to 540x300 and add the sharpen action

Now I add some filters, like in this one I add Curves, Levels, brightness, Vibrance, and Selevtive Color

Here is the psd of this gif
The frame rate is at .13 and size 3.89mb,so this will not upload on tumblr because is over the limit of 2mb


For tumblr I use the first 17 frames of 37 frames with the frame rate at .15  and size 1.83mb
